Hey, hey!

I'm an award-winning journalist, author, media director, on-air host, and creator who writes, edits, produces, and speaks on Latine culture and identity, body politics, wellness, travel, and music. Described as a key Puerto Rican voice in media by the Center for Puerto Rican Studies, I'm driven by storytelling that inspires people, creates community, and transforms culture.
